Q2: What grind size of coffee should you use?

Use medium to fine grind (similar to fine salt).

Use 12-14g of coffee and tamp it firmly with a distributor and tamper.

The grind size of the coffee should be medium to fine for most coffee machines, especially for espresso or capsule machines. A grind that is too fine can clog the filter and cause brewing issues, while a grind that is too coarse might not extract enough flavour, resulting in a weak coffee, no CREMA.

Q3: How to make froth and a latte coffee?

Use Nestlé Starbucks* Dolce Gusto milk capsules (white shell). Brew the milk froth with the Dolce Gusto adapter, then insert a coffee capsule (espresso or others) to brew espresso into the froth, creating a latte.

Q4: How to switch between hot brew and cold brew?

- Hot Brew: Briefly press the power button (red light).

- Cold Brew: Hold the power button for 5 seconds (blue light).

Tip: After using hot brew, cool the machine by running clean water multiple times before switching to cold brew mode.

Q5: How to set the temperature?

1. Hold the brew button for 5 seconds to enter temperature settings (85°C to 97°C).

2. Press the volume button to adjust.

3. Wait for 3 seconds to save the setting.

Q6: How do I start the descaling program?

Add descaling agent or a 1:10 diluted citric acid solution to the water tank.

Hold the power and brew buttons for 5 seconds.

After descaling, rinse the machine with clean water three times to remove any residue.

Q7: How to restore factory settings?

Hold the power button and selector button simultaneously.

Release after all button lights blink twice, indicating the factory reset is complete.

Q8: What to do if there is water leakage from the bottom of the machine?

Check if the drip tray is full or if the water tank is properly installed.

Q9: Why is there water vapor in the water tank after brewing?

This is normal. The pressure relief device releases steam into the water tank through a black hose for safety.

Q10: Why does the first use of the machine have a plastic taste?

This is normal. The pods are made of BPA-free material. Flush the machine with hot water several times to remove the odor.

Q11: Why does the coffee outlet continue to drip after brewing?

This is normal.

Wait 5-10 seconds after brewing before removing the coffee cup to avoid dripping.

Q12: What is the noise level of the machine?

The noise level is less than 70 dB, generated by the 1450W boiler and 20-bar pump.

The noise lasts for only a few seconds when puncturing capsules.

Q13: Why is my brewed coffee cold?

Check if the machine is in cold brew mode (blue light). For hot brew, preheat the machine and the coffee cup. Descale the machine if necessary.

Q14: What is the maximum coffee cup height supported?

The maximum cup height is 9.8cm (excluding the drip tray).

Q15: How to choose water volume levels?

- Levels 1-2: Ristretto, Espresso.

- Levels 3-5: Lungo, Flat White, Cappuccino.

- Levels 6-7: Long Coffee, Latte Coffee.

Q16: What does it mean when the water volume and brewing buttons blink after powering on?

This indicates the machine is warming up, which takes about 20 seconds. Wait until the lights stop blinking before using the machine.

Q17: Why is the temperature of brewed coffee low?

Preheat the machine and coffee cup. If needed, adjust the temperature setting (see Q5).

Q18: Why does no water come out after turning on the machine?

Check if the water tank is full. If there is a scale blockage, use the included hose to release air from the pipes and clear the blockage (see manual for detailed steps).

Q19: What if the machine hasn’t been used for a long time and no water flows out?

The pump and boiler may be dry. Use the included hose to inject a small amount of water into the water tank inlet until water flows out of the black hose.

Q20: Why does only water come out when brewing coffee?

Check if the capsule is damaged or deformed. For ground coffee, ensure the grind size and amount (12-14g) are correct.

Q21: Why does the coffee volume vary when using the same capsule?

Slight variations in coffee volume are normal due to real-time fluctuations in brewing pressure and temperature.

Q22: Why does the coffee temperature vary depending on the capsule or ground coffee used?

Variations in grind size, origin, capsule design, and brewing system can affect coffee temperature and volume. These differences are normal.

Q23: What to do if the adapter is stuck and the handle won’t lift?

Turn off the power, wait for the pressure to release and the machine to cool completely, then lift the handle. Avoid using damaged or incompatible capsules.

Q24: Why does the machine leak when using ground coffee?

The grind size may be too fine, or the coffee amount may exceed 14g. Use medium-fine coffee, tamp it properly, and avoid Turkish-style fine grinds.

Q25: Why is there leaking from the adapter seams when brewing?

Ensure the stainless steel handle is pressed down fully. Check capsule compatibility and proper grind size for ground coffee.

Q26: Is it normal for water to remain in the adapter after brewing?

Yes, this is normal. The modular adapter design allows for easy removal and cleaning.

Warriors1 (SV835L)

Q1: Which capsule coffees are suitable for Warriors1?

The Warriors1 fits most Nespresso* capsules such as Nestlé's Nespresso* Original/Dolce Gusto*, Starbucks*Dolce Gusto*, Lavazza* Nespresso, illy* Nespresso, L'or* Nespresso, as well as Lavazza*Espresso Point(only EU), K-Cup(only US) and ground coffee.

Q2: What Grind Size of Coffee Should You Use?

The grind size of the coffee should be medium to fine for most coffee machines, especially for espresso or capsule machines. A grind that is too fine can clog the filter and cause brewing issues, while a grind that is too coarse might not extract enough flavour, resulting in a weak coffee, no CREMA. Please use 7-10g of medium to fine ground coffee (Fine salt-like size) and tamp it with a distributor and tamper.

Q3: How to Make Froth and a Latte Coffee?

Please use Nestlé or Starbucks* Dolce Gusto milk capsules (with the white shell)
Select the adapter module that supports Dolce Gusto, insert the Dolce Gusto milk capsule, and choose the desired volume based on the scale marked on the capsule to brew the milk froth. Once the froth is ready, do not remove the frothing cup. Take out the Dolce Gusto adapter and you can continue by selecting a Dolce Gusto coffee capsule or another coffee capsule to brew an espresso. Insert the adapter module compatible with your coffee capsule to brew the coffee, allowing the espresso to drip into the milk froth. A visually appealing latte is now ready

Q4: How to Set Custom Volume?

Press and hold the "Large Cup" button (the rightmost button) for 5 seconds, then release the button. When the light starts flashing rapidly, the machine will begin brewing coffee

--When the coffee in the cup reaches your desired volume, short press the "Large Cup" button to stop brewing,The machine will automatically remember this coffee volume, setting is complete

--The volume setting method for small cup button and medium cup button is the same, with a volume setting time range of 10s to 180s

Q5: How to Set the Temperature

Press and hold the medium and large cup buttons at the same time until the green lights of the medium and large cup buttons flash three times at the same time, then release the buttons to enter the temperature setting program.

--Short press the small cup button is a low temperature brewing mode, mainly used for light roasted coffee and instant capsule coffee, such as milk powder, chocolate powder, etc.

--Short press on the large cup button is the high temperature brewing mode, which is suitable for areas with lower ambient temperature or higher altitude.

--Select the temperature, and after five seconds, the temperature setting wil activate

Q6: How do I start the descaling programme?

To ensure the health and longevity of your machine, it is equipped with an automatic descaling program. By default, the machine will prompt for descaling after 200 brewing cycles (indicated by a slow flashing green light on three buttons). The machine will change from a constant green light to a slow flashing green light, but you can still continue to brew coffee.

Descaling Steps:

①Preparation:Fill the water tank with water and add diluted citric acid (1:10 ratio) or a dedicated coffee machine cleaner. Place an empty cup (at least 300ml) under the coffee outlet.

②Start Program:Insert any empty adapter into the machine and briefly press the Medium Cup + Large Cup buttons to start the descaling program. The descaling process consists of three stages. The boiler will maintain a temperature of 45°C. If the machine is cold, the boiler will heat up to 45°C. If the machine has just brewed coffee, the boiler will stop heating until the water reaches 45°C.

③Stage 1: The Small Cup button will flash green slowly,, and the other buttons will be off. The machine will continuously dispense about 200ml of water, then pause for 10 seconds. Discard the dirty water and place the cup back.

④Stage 2: The Medium Cup button will flash green slowly, and the other lights will be off. The machine will dispense about 200ml of water, then pause for 10 seconds. Discard the dirty water.

⑤Stage 3: The Large Cup button will flash green slowly, and the other two lights will be off. The machine will dispense about 200ml of water. After this, the machine will return to a constant green light, indicating that the descaling process is complete. The machine will erase the brewing cycle memory and automatically switch to the preheating mode for brewing.

⑥Remove the water tank, clean out any remaining cleaning solution, then fill it with drinkable purified water and clean the machine according to section Manual 5.2 (First Use)

Q7: How to Restore Factory Settings?

At the same time long press the small cup and medium cup button does not relax, until the small cup button and the medium cup button green light flashes three times at the same time, release the button, restore the factory settings successfully, at this time the brewing time, temperature are back to the original default settings of the machine

Q8: Why doesn’t this coffee machine have a handle?

This coffee machine is designed with a more streamlined and user-friendly approach. Replaces the traditional handle with an innovative Automatic Hydraulic Lifting System. The one-button, two-step operation simplifies brewing and prevents issues such as pressure problems, difficulty resetting, and handle breakage

Q9: Water leakage from the bottom of the machine?

Please check whether the water catch tray is full; check whether the water tank is installed properly

Q10: Leaking adapter seams when brewing coffee?

It’s possible that the brewing process was paused and then brew again. Please note that if the brewing is interrupted due to a power cut or any other reason, you must remove the previous coffee capsule or ground coffee before inserting a new one. Failing to do so may result in leakage

Q11: Why does the coffee outlet continue to drip after brewing?

This is normal. Most espresso Capsule Coffee machines experience some dripping, unless they have a hidden internal brewing system. Our design incorporates a detachable modular brewing system, keeping in mind the convenience of future cleaning and health safety. You can easily clean the drip tray and adapter at any time, ensuring no health risks. We recommend waiting 5-10 seconds after brewing before removing the coffee cup to allow any remaining drips to fall

Q12: What is the sound of the machine when making coffee?

To brew better coffee, we use a 1100W high-power boiler and a 20-bar pressure imported water pump to ensure that the coffee is brewed at a constant temperature of 93°C and constant pressure of 20 bar. This allows for perfect extraction. When the capsule is punctured, the noise produced is no more than 70 decibels, lasting only for a few seconds before returning to normal

Q13: Why is my brewed coffee cold?

Machine not fully warmed up, Please preheat the machine first and insert the empty adapter module into the machine. Use hot water to rinse and preheat before starting the brewing process. If necessary, consider cleaning the scale regularly

Q14: How high does it fit the coffee cup?

Firstly, we have considered the needs for Espresso, Latte Coffee, and Americano. Additionally, to save space and make it easier to carry, we have equipped the machine with three magnetic height adjustments: 3 inches, 5.5 inches, and 5.9 inches (excluding the removable drip tray)

Q15: The machine is set up with three cup sizes buttons, how do I choose?

We recommend small cup button for Espresso, medium cup button for Lungo and Cappuccino, Flat White, and large cup button for Long Coffee and Latte Coffee

Q16: After powering on, all the indicator lights are blinking, what's going on?

This is in the preheating machine, is a normal phenomenon, about 35 seconds later, all the lights from red to green, indicating that the machine preheating is complete!

Q17: Why is the temperature of the coffee liquid not high when I just brewed it?

Preheat the coffee cup; Preheat the coffee machine: after the machine is turned on, the first cup of pods without capsules, press the small cup button to release the water flow, so that the overall machine is preheated and cleaned, the second cup and then begin to make coffee. If you still feel that the temperature is too low, you can refer to Article Q5 to customise the temperature setting

Q18: Why can’t the machine brew coffee after preheating?

Our machine is equipped with an intelligent detection system. If the adapter is not inserted correctly or is not inserted at all, the machine will not brew coffee to prevent leaks and capsule waste. Please check if the adapter module is fully inserted into the machine

Q19: When brewing coffee, but no coffee liquid comes out, only water?

First, check the surface of the capsule coffee for any damage or deformation. Next, verify that the capsule is compatible with our machine. If you're using ground coffee, check the grind size. Too fine a grind or more than 10 g of ground coffee can cause the issues described above. Please use the recommended coffee capsule brands, adjust the grind size, and use 7-10 g of ground coffee

Q20: Why is there a difference in the amount of coffee in the two cups before and after when I use the same capsule to brew separately and select the same volume button?

This is a normal phenomenon, there is no two cups of coffee in the world is exactly the same, even the same capsule. The real-time brewing pressure and temperature of the machine is not an absolute straight line, but a balanced straight line similar to the formation of the heart rate beating curve, so there will be a certain deviation

Q21: Why does the temperature of brewed coffee vary depending on the type of coffee capsule or ground coffee used?

The difference in coffee temperature mainly arises from factors such as the grind size of the coffee, its physical properties like origin, the temperature control and pressure system of the coffee machine, as well as the design of the coffee capsule, including its size, amount of coffee, and internal structure. As a result, using different capsules will yield coffee with varying taste, temperature, and volume, even under the same brewing time and water amount conditions. Additionally, the machine can generate slight variations in pressure and temperature at different points during brewing, which can also lead to differences in temperature and cup volume. This can occur even with the same type of coffee capsule, and it is completely normal

Q22: When using ground coffee, there is very little coffee liquid and the machine leaks?

It may be caused by too fine ground coffee or too much powder. Please use about 7-10 grams of ground coffee, and it should be compacted and flattened, not too tight and too loose. Secondly, you can't choose to use very fine ground coffee powder (such as Turkish coffee powder), otherwise it will lead to leakage and jam the machine.See Article Q2 for how to choose ground coffee

Q23: Is there a small amount of water left in the adapter after brewing coffee?

This is a normal occurrence. Due to our innovative modular design, you can remove the adapter for cleaning, which resolves many common cleaning issues with coffee machines. It allows for transparent cleaning, ensuring visible cleanliness and hygiene
