3-Year SVIP Warranty
The 3-Year SVIP warranty applies to purchases from CAPXSNOB's authorized sale channels, successfully completed the process of Product Registry. and paid the fee of extended warranty. Warranty coverage only applies to the original owner and original product and is not transferable.
CAPXSNOB warrants that the device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase when used under normal household conditions and maintained as outlined in the user guide, subject to the following conditions and exceptions:
What does the warranty cover?
- If the original unit or non consumable parts are deemed defective, they will be freedom exchanged for a maximum of 3 years from the original purchase date. CAPXSNOB reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
- In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage ends twenty four (24) months following the receipt date of the replacement unit or the remainder of the existing warranty, whichever is later. CAPXSNOB reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.
- In the event of a replacement unit, the unit must be returned transportation prepaid. The replaced or new unit will be returned at the company expense.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear on wear-prone parts (e.g., adapters, housings, water tank, lids, catch pans, handles, etc.) is not covered by this warranty, and these parts will require periodic maintenance or replacement to ensure proper operation of your unit. - Any unit (including any its parts ) that has been tampered with, removed without authorization, repaired, or used for commercial purposes without the permission of CAPXSNOB.
- Any unit defects or damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents(use of non-CAPXSNOB adapters or accessories, use of capsule coffee not recommended by us, improper power supply, etc),or damage due to mishandling in transit.
- Products purchased, used or operated outside of North America, EU, UK or HongKong.
- Consequential and incidental damage resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of contract or breach of this warranty are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
How to get service
If your appliance fails to operate properly while in use under normal household conditions within the warranty period, visit Support for product care and maintenance self-help. Our Customer Service Specialists are also available at email support@capxsnob.com to assist with product support and warranty service options, including the possibility of upgrading to our VIP warranty service options for select product categories. So we may better assist you, please register your product online at Product Registry and have the product on hand when you call.
CAPXSNOB will cover the cost for the customer to send in the unit to us for replacement. Contact Customer Service at email support@capxsnob.com or consult the Owner’s Guide for exact cost.
How to initiate a warranty claim
You must email support@capxsnob.com to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase. We also ask that you register your product online at the Product Registry link and have the product on hand when you call, so we may better assist you. A Customer Service Specialist will provide you with return and packing instruction information.
This guarantee applies only for products purchased and used for domestic or private purposes and will not cover any damage which occurs as a result of misuse, negligence, failure to follow CAPXSNOB instructions, or a modification or unauthorized repair of the product. Warranty coverage applies only to the original owner and original product and is not transferable. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, maintenance or replacement of consumable parts, or the following:
- damages or poor results specifically due to wrong voltage or frequency as stamped on the product ID or specification
- using the wrong type of water or consumable
- mechanical damages, overloading
- ingress of water, dust or insects into the product (excluding appliances with features specifically designed for insects)
- scaling (any de-scaling must be carried out according to the instructions for use)
- damage as a result of lightning or power surges
- damage to any glass or porcelain ware in the product
- accidents including fire, flood, etc
- products used in a company as part of their main commercial activity
This warranty also does not apply to any product that has been tampered with, or to damages incurred through improper use and care, faulty packaging by the owner or mishandling by any carrier.
